What if my home try-on doesn’t fit, or I don’t like the style?

Upon receiving your home try-on, you can check the fit using our home try-on fit guide.

For fit concerns

If an item from your home try-on doesn’t fit correctly, or if you have questions about the fit, let us know, and we’ll help you get it right for the big day.

We recommend sending us photos of you wearing your home try-on, along with a brief description of what doesn’t fit. Please ensure your photos have good lighting and include a snapshot of you standing up where we can see you from your head to your toes.

For color or style concerns

If a color or style from your home try-on isn’t what you hoped for, please reach out to us and let us know what you don’t love.

Please note–all of our garments will fit the same. While we currently do not support multiple free home try-ons per account, our team will work with you to find the right style from our collection. You can learn more about multiple home try-ons here.
