What do I do when my order arrives?

Try on everything as soon as you receive your order to see how everything fits.

If something doesn't fit just right, you can either bring your items to a local tailor or request a replacement within 48 of receiving your order to avoid rush shipping fees. 

  • For Rentals, hold onto all items (including those that didn't fit) until after the event and return them together.
  • For Purchases, return the item that does not fit within 7 days of receiving the replacement item(s). If the item is not returned within 7 days, you will be charged the rental price for the item(s).

After trying it on, keep everything on the hangers to allow any wrinkles to fall out.
