Try on everything as soon as you receive your order to see how everything fits.
If something doesn't fit just right, you can either bring your items to a local tailor or request a replacement within 48 of receiving your order to avoid rush shipping fees.
- For Rentals, hold onto all items (including those that didn't fit) until after the event and return them together.
- For Purchases, return the item that does not fit within 7 days of receiving the replacement item(s). If the item is not returned within 7 days, you will be charged the rental price for the item(s).
After trying it on, keep everything on the hangers to allow any wrinkles to fall out.
