If you are renting from us:
It’s very important that you submit your replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order. To submit a replacement request, go to ‘My Events’ and select the event that you need a replacement for. Select the order that has your name and go to ‘Request a Replacement.’ Once we receive your request, one of our agents will review the information provided and process the replacement order. Depending on your zip code, it should take no more than 4 or 5 business days to receive your replacement. For an additional cost, we also offer expedited overnight shipping if needed that can have your order arrive in 1-3 days.
If you are buying from us:
Please go to ‘My Events’ and select the event that you need a replacement for. Select the order that has your name and go to ‘Request a Replacement.’ If you're in no hurry to receive it, shipping can take anywhere between 2 and 8 days, depending on your location. In this case, shipping is free.
If your event is coming up soon or if you need it by a certain date, we can express ship you a replacement for a shipping fee.
