If you have misplaced your pre-paid return label, you're able to print one from your account. Please follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account.
2) Click on "My Events".
3) Find the name of your event and select "View Event".
4) Click on "Print a New Return Label".
5) Tape your newly printed return label to your box and drop it off at your local Fedex office. Depending on the label you received, please note that both a Fedex and a Smartpost label can be dropped off at any FedEx facility. Please see the examples below for your reference.
USPS will also accept Smartpost packages.
