We ask that you have your rental order postmarked for return 3 days after your event date. If your return date is a Sunday or holiday, please send your return the following day. Pack everything in the original delivery box and peel off the shipping label to reveal the prepaid return label underneath. Make sure to return everything in your box, including hangers, garment bags, and any replacements. If you cannot fit everything into one box, you can use any other box for your return.
Please do not return your rental from outside of the 48 contiguous states or use a DropBox to return your order. Both of these could cause your rental to be lost, stolen, or delayed in returning to our warehouses. If these happen or your order is not sent back within 3 days after your event, you may be charged a rental extension fee. If you cannot return your items within three days due to travel or other circumstances, you can request an extension.
If your event is outside of the 48 contiguous states, have someone else return your items that is heading back. As long as all items are returned, it doesn't matter who returns them. If you don’t have anyone that can return them for you, your rental will automatically be extended an extra 7 days. For more information on rental extension, see here.
