If you believe you have accidentally returned your personal item(s) with your rental, please reach out to our customer care team at email@example.com and provide us with at least the following descriptions of your personal item(s):
- Type of item(s)
- Color and pattern of the item(s)
- Name of the Brand
- Any other description (i.e. personal engravings, etc)
- Where it was placed in the return box or placed in the garment (i.e. jacket pocket, shoe bag, etc)
Our returns department may search the contents of your returned box and ship any found personal items to you. However, any personal items left unclaimed within thirty days of the date of return will be donated to charity. Please see our Customer Rental Agreement for complete terms and conditions regarding return of personal items.
