If you place your order less than 13 days before your event date, your order will be charged a rush fee. We do this to help cover expedited processing and shipping charges.

Rush fees are determined as follows:

• $20 shipping fee for orders placed 9-13 days before the event. These orders will be sent express to arrive in 2-3 days.
• $40 shipping fee for orders placed 5-8 days before the event. These orders will be shipped overnight.
• $40 shipping fee for orders placed less than 5 days before the event. These orders will also be shipped overnight.

If you have any fit issues, please make sure to submit a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can submit your request by accessing your order details page through 'My Event', selecting ‘Request a Replacement’, and then letting us know what items you need a replacement for. You can find more information at What do I do when my order arrives?. If you contact us after 48 hours, rush shipping fees may apply.
