If you place your order after 12pm Pacific Time 13 days before your event date, your order will be charged a rush fee. We do this to help cover expedited processing and shipping charges.
Rush fees are determined as follows:
- $20 shipping fee for orders placed 9-13 days before event
- $40 shipping fee for orders placed 5-8 days before event
- *If you have placed your order 2-4 business days before your event, please follow our guidelines for last minute orders here.
Replacement sizes are shipped for free using Fedex Smartpost. If you have any fit issues, please make sure to submit a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can submit your request on ‘My Events’ page and select the event you need a new item for. On your event page, select ‘Request a Replacement’. You will be able to let us know what you need a replacement of. You can find more information at My rental doesn't fit. What do I do?. If you contact us after 48 hours, rush shipping fees may apply.
