You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order or replacements have left our warehouse. For specific delivery dates you may also:
- Go to ‘My Events’.
- Select 'View Details' for the event.
- You’ll find a link to the tracking number under ‘Your Order’.
Standard delivery timetables are below:
- Rental orders are scheduled to arrive 10 days before your event if you checked out at least 30 days before your event date. If you placed your rental order less than 30 days before your event, it will arrive before your event.
- Purchased items will ship within 2-3 days of checking out. They should arrive within 10 days of placing your order. If your event is getting close, rush shipping fees could apply to ensure that you get your items in time for your event.
- Replacements can take up to 6 days for your replacement to get to you from the day you receive a confirmation that it has been processed. Please fill out the replacement request within 48 hours after you receive your order. If you are traveling or want your replacement faster, please select an expedited shipping method in the form.
