This depends on your order status and the changes you need to make:
Before checkout
- You can update anything from Go to ‘My Events’ if you have not checked out.
- Select the event that you need to edit.
- Select your event date at the top right to open the side panel.
- From here you can update a look, add or remove participants, say you will pay for someone's entire look, update your event date, or the name of your event
After checkout
- Update your size
- Access My sizes
- Select edit under the size you need to update
- Save
- Add/Remove an Item
- Go to ‘My Events’
- Select the event
- Select Add/Remove Item
- Fill in the form
- Submit
- Manage Participants
- Update Address
- Change Event Date
After you’ve received the order
For purchase - Orders are quickly prepared for shipment, and you will likely need to return your items after receiving them. To return items, please fill out this form. To add items, create a new event and complete checkout for the additional item
