You can change or update your rental order up to 30 days before your event. If you need to change your sizes you can do that by resubmitting your sizes on ‘My Sizes’. If you want to update a look for yourself or your participants, let us know by reaching out to us. If you need to update your address, fill out this form and one of our agents will update the address for you.
If it is less than 30 days from your event, reach out to Customer Care and we can check the status of your rental order to see if it is possible to update your order.
If you have received your order (rental or purchase) and it doesn’t fit quite right, you can request a new size under ‘My Event’ and ‘Request a Replacement.’ For more details go to My rental doesn’t fit. What do I do?
If you have received your order and you want to get a different style:
- For rental - Fill out this form to let us know what you would like to switch to and one of our Customer Care agents will send a replacement to you.
- For purchase - Return your purchased suit or tux and place a new order. We will refund you in full once we receive and inspect your returned items.
