Can I add, remove, or change an item in my order?

Yes, you may edit your order prior to your ship date. See below for the following process.

Rentals:

Begin with accessing your order details page through 'My Event'. Then proceed with the applicable steps below:

Add items

  1. Select 'Add Items'.
  2. Select the category for the item (e.g., accessories).
  3. Find and add the item to your cart.
  4. Checkout.
    • You will receive an emailed receipt and see the items added to your order.

Remove items

  1. Select “Remove items”
  2. Select the items you want to remove
  3. Submit your request.
    • A Customer Experience Associate will be in contact to process your request.

Purchases:

  • We are really quick at packing your purchase order! This means you will likely need to return your items after you receive them. To return your items, fill out the Retail Return form within 60 days of receiving the items (see our Retail Return Policy for more information).
  • To add items to a purchased order, please create a new event and checkout for the additional items on the website. 

If there is a problem with any of the items we’ve sent (e.g. size), fill out our replacement form and we will send you another item. If the replacement requires rush shipping, charges may apply.
