If you are renting with us, you can make changes to your order up to 21 days prior to your event date.
If you are buying from us, we have a 30 day return policy and if we send you a size that doesn't fit, we will send you a replacement. If the replacement requires rush shipping, charges may apply.
Please follow the steps below to add or remove an item from your order:
- Login to your account
- Go to "My Events"
- Click on "View Event"
- Click on the green "Add or Remove Items" button
- Fill out the form and submit
