You will receive an email from the groom or event creator that will let you know that they have chosen a look for you to wear. Click on the link in the email to get to our website and sign up for an account (if you don’t have one already). Since the creator already chose a look for you, all you need to do is give us your sizes and check out.
You will be able to select if you would like to rent or buy the items that are selected for you (if available for purchase), then you will be asked to put in your sizes. We know that you might not know your formalwear sizing, but we got you covered. Our fit algorithm will take the sizes you provide us with and give us what size you will be in our garments. These are the sizes we will send to arrive 14 days before your event.
Once you’ve answered the fit survey and decided whether you want to rent or buy, then check out. If the groom or event creator has paid for you already, we will still request your credit card information for any applicable incidentals, such as rush shipping fees, unreturned items, or damaged items, or if you want to keep your garments after your rental.. We will also need your address. We send out rental items to arrive 14 days before your event to give you time to try on all of the items and let us know if anything doesn’t fit quite right.
