How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment at our stand-alone showroom or Nordstrom showrooms, click the link in your confirmation email or fill out the form here. You will be redirected to the page to confirm cancellation. Once complete, you will have the option to “Book a new appointment’ if desired. You will receive a cancellation confirmation and a new appointment confirmation email if a new appointment is booked.
