Our Nordstrom partners have in-house alteration departments that would be able to provide tailoring services for both our rental and purchased products. However, our stand-alone showrooms do not offer alterations in-store.
If your appointment happened before your orders were shipped out, our team took note of alterations during the fitting process. For any additional alterations that may be needed after receiving your items, you can take them to any local tailor and have the adjustments made. We will also reimburse you up to $15 per item if you upload a photo of your receipt through the reimbursement form.
