I am missing an item from my order. What do I do?

We’re sorry! Please let us know ASAP by:

  • Select the order from ‘My Events’ 
  • Select ‘Request a Replacement’. 
  • Select the item you are missing.
  • Select "missing" as the reason.
  • Submit the form.

We will send you the item right away.

Don't see the item you are missing on the replacement form? Add the item to your replacement order. Once processed, we will send the item out to you.
