- Go to ‘My Events’ in ‘Account’ at the top of the home page.
- Select the event you are missing an item for.
- Select ‘Request a Replacement’.
- Select the items that you are missing.
- When asked ‘Select All Issues’, select ‘Item Missing’.
- Submit your form.
One of our Customer Care Agents will send the item to you.
