If you have not checked out, you can go to ‘My Events’ and select the event that needs to be updated. Click ‘View Event Details’ in the top right corner, then click the pencil next to the Event Date—not the Event Name—to select the correct event date and check out when you are ready.
If you have already checked out, please let us know as soon as you realize it is the wrong event date. We want to make sure that you have enough time to try on your items and look great for your event.
The correct event date is important because it’s how we ensure we get your order to you with plenty of time to try it on and request any necessary replacements before your event. It also indicates when we will receive your items back, allowing you three days after your event to return everything. If you select an event date that is too early, then you might incur late fees by not returning your items on time.
