All our showrooms are taking cues from local public health officials to implement new policies to protect the health of our customers, employees, and communities. 

Limits in Appointments

We kindly request that you limit your appointment to only have a maximum of 2 people at any given time — one customer to be fitted and one guest who will not. For more details, see How many people can I bring to an appointment?

Face Mask Requirement

We will maintain OSHA and CDC Guidelines by State for COVID-19 restrictions.

The Black Tux no longer requires face coverings for fully-vaccinated customers and employees unless required under local guidelines and no proof of vaccination is required for customers.

Please note that fully vaccinated staff and customers may continue to wear face coverings if they prefer. This means our employees may opt to wear a mask whether they are vaccinated or not unless required under local guidelines. Face masks will be provided for anyone in need.

If an unvaccinated customer is unwilling to wear a mask or a customer is unwilling to wear a mask in a location where it is required by local requirements, we will respectfully ask that the appointment is rescheduled.

If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for a later date, ensuring we keep everyone safe.

Creating a safe environment for all.

We’re also taking the following steps to ensure our spaces are clean and safe:

• Limiting the number of customers within each appointment to promote social distancing.
• Designating order pickup and drop-off areas to minimize person-to-person contact.
  Thoroughly disinfecting fitting rooms and high touch surfaces throughout the day, and closing our restrooms. Tape measures are only used upon request and disinfected after use.
