It says the items I want to checkout for are sold out. What do I do?

Due to high demand, some items may be unavailable for your event date. We encourage you to complete checkout as soon as you find the right style for your look. If your style and/or size is sold out, you’ll need to remove the item from your look before you can reserve another style.

If you are managing an event, please encourage your participants to complete checkout when they receive the invite. Once an item or style is sold out, we cannot make exceptions or fulfill any additional orders.
